Practical AI and automation for the work slowing your business down.

We identify repetitive processes, demonstrate a focused solution, and implement reliable workflows that fit your existing tools.

Capabilities

Focused on the processes behind the work.

Not every process needs AI. Often the right answer is a clean integration or a well-built report. Each engagement starts with what the workflow actually requires.

  • Workflow automation and systems integration

Connect the tools you already use so records, status changes and notifications move without copy and paste.

  • Reporting and business intelligence

Dashboards and recurring reports built from your operational data, organized around the decisions people actually make.

  • Document and data processing

Extract, check and route information from forms, invoices and emails, with review steps where judgment matters.

  • Intake, handoffs and administrative coordination

Structured intake and clear handoffs between people and teams, so requests do not stall between steps.

  • Monitoring and ongoing maintenance

Separately scoped support that keeps workflows running as your tools and processes change.

How it works

See it working before you commit.

The initial consultation and agreed prototype are complimentary. Implementation is paid and scoped individually.

  1. Discuss one workflow and establish its current workload and costs.

  2. Agree on a bounded prototype using sample or appropriately authorized data.

  3. Review the demonstration and approve a written implementation scope and fee.

  4. Implementation begins with 50% collected up front. The remaining 50% is due at agreed acceptance.

  5. Optional monitoring and maintenance, scoped separately.

About

Drew Fisher

Founder and consultant

Drew personally scopes, builds and tests each initial implementation. His background spans analytics, automation and the day-to-day operations of service businesses.

In prior roles, his work involved enterprise analytics and reporting with CBRE and KBS. That work was performed as part of those roles, not delivered through Room236, and does not represent an endorsement of Room236.

Drew also founded and runs Room Moving, a moving services business, where he built the operational systems behind intake, scheduling and financial tracking.
